Governed. Reliable. Cloud. In that order.
Innovations GRC exists because we kept meeting businesses that ran on infrastructure nobody could describe. Good systems, often, but no record of who could reach them, where the data sat or when the backups last worked. We decided the fix was to run infrastructure the way an auditor would want it run, and to write it down every month.
What the name means
GRC usually stands for governance, risk and compliance, the discipline of knowing what your systems do and being able to prove it. We borrowed the letters and gave them our own reading: Governed, Reliable, Cloud. Governed, because every environment we run has named access, logged changes and a monthly record. Reliable, because uptime, backups and recovery are measured against written commitments. Cloud, because we build on infrastructure we can provision in the region a client needs and operate for years.
We are not auditors and we do not issue certifications. We are the engineering team that makes the infrastructure part of an audit boring, which is the best thing it can be.
Why the order matters
Every agency eventually sells hosting. It is usually a reseller account, a theme and a monthly fee for doing very little. When the server slows down on launch day, when a plugin nobody updated gets the site compromised, or when a customer's security questionnaire lands, the agency has nothing to show and nobody to call.
We refused to work that way. Our core team are infrastructure and software engineers. We provision servers, harden them, monitor them and carry the pager. We write deployment pipelines, test backups by restoring them, review access every quarter and treat DNS and email as production systems. Marketing is a service we deliver on top of platforms we already operate, which is the only way we are prepared to vouch for the results.
That is why every plan on this site, including the smallest, is a governed hosting plan first. The website build, the analytics and the campaigns are the layers above, and we only switch them on once the layer below is solid and documented.
How we work
Audit before anything. We read what you have before we recommend what you need. The audit is free and the report is yours either way.
Boring technology, operated well. Long support windows, open formats, large hiring pools. We would rather run something proven than something fashionable at 3 a.m.
Your accounts, your code, your data, your records. Every provider account is opened in your name. Code lives in your repository. The evidence packs are yours to keep and to show. Leaving us is a permission change, not a rescue operation.
Written commitments. Uptime, response times and credits are in the SLA, not in a sales deck. Refund terms are on a page, not in a PDF.
Transparent third parties. We use partner programmes with some vendors and say so. Fit decides the recommendation. Our affiliate disclosure explains how we keep the two apart.
Engineers first, by headcount and by habit.
We are a small, senior team organised around the four layers of the ecosystem. Every client has a named engineer who knows their stack and signs the monthly evidence pack.
Infrastructure & operations
Provisioning, security, backups, monitoring, access reviews, on-call. The largest part of the team and the part every plan pays for.
Software engineering
Web, commerce and application builds, deployment pipelines, integrations and maintenance.
Data & measurement
Measurement plans, server-side tagging, consent, data maps, pipelines and dashboards that reconcile with reality.
Growth
Technical SEO, content, paid media and lifecycle email, run against numbers the data team trusts.
Six things we will not do.
Easier to verify than a list of values.
Hold your accounts hostage
Registrar, DNS, hosting, email and analytics are in your name from the first day. We never register a domain in ours.
Oversell compute
Foundation runs on isolated, conservatively sized compute. Assured and above are dedicated. We do not put hundreds of sites on one box and call it managed.
Mark up third parties
Domain renewals, ad spend and SaaS seats are passed through at the provider's price. Our margin is in the plan, where you can see it.
Claim a control we cannot show
If it is not in the evidence pack, we do not say we do it. Every control on this site produces a record.
Hide behind a ticket queue
You have a named engineer and written response targets. When we miss them, the SLA pays you a credit automatically.
Let a commission choose your stack
Where a vendor has a partner programme we may join it and we disclose it. The recommendation is made on fit, documented in your audit.
Talk to an engineer, not a salesperson.
First calls are taken by the people who will run your infrastructure. Bring your current setup and we will tell you what we would change, and what we would write down.
